IKON EVENTS was founded with a simple belief — that events, exhibitions and weddings should feel personal, not generic. What started as a small planning studio in Mehsana has grown into a full-service event brand serving clients across Mehsana and Ahmedabad. Which has remained unbeaten since last more than one decade due to its qualitative services and healthy relationship with the clients.

For weddings and large exhibitions, we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead to secure the best venues and vendors. Corporate events and smaller celebrations can often be planned in as little as 3–4 weeks.
We're based out of Mehsana & Ahmedabad and actively plan events across both cities. For destination weddings or events elsewhere in Gujarat, reach out and we'll confirm availability.
Every event is quoted based on your specific requirements — guest count, venue, décor level and services needed. We'll put together a proposal after understanding your vision on a discovery call.
We coordinate our full network of trusted vendors — catering, décor, photography, entertainment and more — so you have one point of contact for everything, start to finish.

We understand plans change. Let us know as early as possible and we'll work with our vendor network to shift your date wherever availability allows, per the terms in your agreement.
Event services provides everything you need to make your next event a day to remember. We can secure the venue, bring the food, manage event rental equipment and supplies, make all decorations, set up the equipment, hire the entertainment, and coordinate the logistics to make sure the only thing you have to worry about is having fun.
